We exist so Northeast Ohio doesn't lose this round.
Most AI consulting in 2026 is being sold by people in San Francisco to companies with VC funding. The 5-50 person businesses in Parma, Cleveland, Lakewood, and the rest of Northeast Ohio aren't on that map. We built this business to put them on it, at a price they can see up front, with a guarantee they can cash, delivered by someone who'll show up at their office.
Who's behind this
Get AI Superpowers was founded by Richie Kastl in Parma in 2026. The whole reason it exists is that the AI tooling available in 2026, Hermes Agent from Nous Research, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, is good enough that a local business can install it and recover 10+ hours per week per team member, but the path from "I heard about AI" to "it's running on my workflows Monday morning" is too murky for most owners to walk alone.
Every Installation in the first year is run by the founder personally, same hands on every project. As the business grows, that will change, but the guarantee won't. The person who promises the 10-hour outcome is the person installing the agents.
Why this works for Northeast Ohio specifically
Three things. In-person matters. A two-and-a-half-hour training session at your office is denser than four Zoom calls. Most national AI consulting is remote-only, fine for venture-backed SaaS companies in two time zones, useless for a 12-person law firm in Strongsville where the senior partner needs to see the agent run on his actual cases.
A simple path matters. A 12-person business doesn't have a procurement team and shouldn't need one. One call, a fixed price scoped on the spot, and a clear yes or no. No drawn-out sales cycle, no parade of account executives, no surprise invoice at the end. The price we quote is the price you pay.
The guarantee matters. Most local-business owners have been burned by a consultant before. We publish the methodology, sign the baseline in writing, and refund without ceremony if we miss. The full guarantee is here.
What we install, in plain English
Hermes Agent, an open-source autonomous agent platform from Nous Research. It lives inside your email, Slack, Teams, Discord, WhatsApp, or terminal. It remembers what it did last week. It runs scheduled jobs in natural language. It builds its own skills as it works. We deploy it on your stack and wire it to your specific workflows.
Claude Code, Anthropic's coding partner. For any team member who touches a spreadsheet, a database, a script, or anything that's ever needed an IT request. Trained users build dashboards, fix formulas, and ship internal tools in minutes instead of weeks.
Claude Cowork, the writing room. For proposals, contracts, emails, reports, follow-ups, marketing copy. Sits next to your team and writes in your voice.
Claude Design, the in-house designer. For decks, one-pagers, social posts, signage, brochures. Agency-quality output from your front-desk person.
How we sell, and what we won't do
We don't run sales calls that exist to wear you down. The call is a working session: we look at a real workflow, show you what we'd build, and quote a fixed price for the Installation. The workflow diagnostic and the discovery session both produce a real deliverable that's yours to keep, including if you choose not to keep going.
We don't manufacture scarcity. We don't run "limited cohort" sales. We don't have a six-figure agency retainer disguised as "AI strategy." We put the timeline, the methodology, and the guarantee in writing, quote a fixed price on the call, and let you decide.
Where we are, who we serve
Based in Parma. In-person Installation work runs across Northeast Ohio: Cleveland, Lakewood, Westlake, Strongsville, Brunswick, Independence, Solon, Beachwood, Medina, and Parma itself, plus the smaller cities in between. For businesses outside that area, the same Installation runs over Zoom with the same guarantee.
Industries we've gone deep on: law firms, accountants, real estate, restaurants, insurance agencies, contractors. Others get added as we install them. See all industries →
