Week 1 · Foundation

Discovery finalized, baseline measured, Hermes provisioned.

If you came up through Discovery, the roadmap is already in hand. Day 1-2 we lock the install order. Day 3-4 we measure your team's current hour usage on the targeted workflows (this is the baseline for the guarantee). Day 5-7 Hermes Agent is provisioned and the first workflow is mapped end-to-end.

Week 2 · First agents live

First agent in production. First in-person training.

By Tuesday of week 2, your highest-impact agent is running against real work. Mid-week we hold the first in-person training (2.5 hours, at your office) walking the team through Claude Code prompt patterns. Friday: second agent live.

Week 3 · Full deployment + handover

Remaining agents shipped. Second training. SOPs delivered.

Week 3 finishes the deployment. Second in-person training mid-week, focus on Cowork and Design patterns. Third in-person training on Friday, the handover session: troubleshooting, advanced workflows, SOP walkthrough. We sign off together on completion.

Days 22-90 · Adoption support

Habits form. 60-day baseline check. Care Plan offered at day 91.

Shared Slack/email channel open for 24-hour business-day response. Day 60: we measure against the baseline. If the 10-hour gap isn't there yet, we keep working, at no charge, until it is. Day 91: the Care Plan starts if you want it. Or you take everything we built and run it on your own.

What's the 10-Hour Guarantee in plain language?

Week one of the Installation, we set a baseline: how many hours per week your trained team members currently spend on the workflows we're automating. Sixty days after completion, we measure again. If the gap is less than 10 hours per week per trained team member, two options: we keep working free until it is, or we refund every dollar you paid. You pick. Why 21 days and not 60 or 90?

Because every additional week between purchase and Hermes-running-in-production is a week your team's habits don't change. We've found that compressed 21-day installations have higher post-launch adoption than 90-day projects. Three weeks is short enough to feel urgent, long enough to do the work properly, and short enough that the in-person trainings are still fresh when the 90-day support window starts.

Where are the in-person training sessions?

At your office across Northeast Ohio: Parma, Cleveland, Lakewood, Westlake, Strongsville, Brunswick, Independence, Solon, Beachwood, Medina, Akron, and the smaller cities in between. Outside that area, we run the trainings over Zoom with the same content and the same guarantee. Keeping it regional is how we show up reliably.

Can we add more than 5 team members?

Yes. The first 5 are the core, owner or operator plus the team members on the workflows that get automated, and we can add more during scoping. Most 5-15 person businesses don't need more than the 5 included; bigger teams sometimes do. We settle the headcount on the call so the price is fixed before you commit.

How does payment work?

We scope the full Installation on a call and you see the fixed price before you commit to anything. Payment splits across the project as the work ships, and there's a discount for paying in full. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Do I have to do a diagnostic or discovery session first?

No. You can book a call and go straight to the Installation. The workflow diagnostic and the discovery session are lighter ways to start if you'd rather see how we work before committing to the full build.

Who's actually building this?

Me (Richie). Not a junior contractor, not an outsourced team in another time zone. Every Installation in the first year is run by the founder. As we scale, that will change, but for now, the person who sold you on the guarantee is the person installing the agents.

What if my industry isn't on your industry page list yet?

We've still done it. The industry pages on this site show patterns we've installed often enough to write whole pages about. The Installation methodology is industry-agnostic, show us the workflow, we'll install the agent. If we don't know your industry's tools yet, we'll learn them during week one and the timeline still holds.
