Most Installation clients take the Care Plan because the queue of "next workflows" they want automated keeps growing once the first 5 are working. The four new agents per year alone usually earn back the Care Plan many times over in recovered hours.

Common questions
Do I have to take the Care Plan after the Installation?
No. Everything we built during the Installation is yours to keep running on your own. The 90-day post-launch support window covers the adoption period. The Care Plan starts on day 91 only if you want it.
What's in the new agent each quarter?
One new custom AI agent every three months, built for whatever workflow has surfaced as the next biggest hour sink. Same level of detail as the original 5 agents from the Installation: scoped, built, tested, documented, trained on. Most clients have a list of 8-12 "someday" workflows by the time the Installation finishes; the Care Plan works through them one per quarter.
What's monthly group office hours?
One 60-minute Zoom call each month with all Care Plan clients on the line. Bring questions, see what other Northeast Ohio businesses are running, watch live troubleshooting. Recorded and archived, if you can't make the live, the recording lives in your client portal.
What if I want one-on-one calls, not group?
Group is what's included. One-on-one time is available as an add-on, booked through the same client portal. Most clients find the group calls more useful, they see workflows from other businesses they wouldn't have thought to ask about.
Can I cancel month-to-month, no penalty?
Yes. Cancel any month with 30 days notice and you're done. No annual contract. No exit fee. The agents we built keep running on your stack, Hermes is open-source and yours to host yourself if you'd rather.
What does "hosting + monitoring" mean?
If we host Hermes for you on our managed infrastructure, it's included. Uptime monitoring, security patches, scheduled backups. If you self-host on your own server, hosting is excluded but monitoring (we get an alert if Hermes goes down) is still included.
