Forty-eight hours later you get a written roadmap. Three to five pages. Yours to keep, whether you hire us or build it yourself.
The hour, in detail
You walk us through the actual day. Who does what, how often, on what tools. We're looking for the 30% of payroll hours that follow a script.
For each one: which agent does the work, which tool it lives inside (email, Slack, CRM, calendar), what the integration looks like, what the hour-savings math is. Specific, like "Hermes runs the intake parser inside your Outlook, posts a structured summary to your case-management tool, drops the assignment in your attorney's queue. 4.2 hours per week, back."
We sequence the workflows by impact and dependency. You walk out with a priority order. The top one alone usually earns back the Installation in saved hours within months.
A 3-5 page PDF documenting the call: every workflow, every tool, the sequenced install order, hour-savings math, executive summary. Plus the DIY appendix if you want to attempt it yourself.

What's the difference between the diagnostic and the discovery session?
The diagnostic is one workflow, quick and focused. The discovery session is your entire business, live, with a written roadmap. The diagnostic answers "could AI help with this one thing?" Discovery answers "what's the full sequence, what gets installed, in what order, and what's the hour count when we're done?"
How soon is the roadmap ready?
Within 48 hours of the session, in your inbox. Three to five pages, yours to keep whether you build it yourself or hire us.
Is the roadmap specific to my business?
Yes. It names the agents and tools for your actual workflows, in the order we'd build them, with the hour-savings math for each. It is not a generic template you could have downloaded.
Where does the discovery session happen?
Two options. Either at the Parma office in person, or over Zoom. Most owners prefer in person, the working session is denser when we can both be looking at the same workflows on a screen. Zoom is fine for owners outside Northeast Ohio or anyone who'd rather skip the drive.
What does the written roadmap include?
Three to five pages. The agents and tools we'd install, named and sequenced. Estimated hours saved per workflow with the math shown. The 21-day install timeline if you want it done-for-you. The DIY path with the prompts and patterns you'd need if you want to build it yourself. And a one-page executive summary you can hand to a partner, accountant, or anyone else who needs to sign off.
What if I just want the roadmap, not the Installation?
Then we shake hands and you go build it yourself. The roadmap is yours. We're not the kind of consulting business that charges for the call and then makes the deliverable depend on a bigger sale. You get the work product, full stop.
Can I skip the diagnostic and go straight to discovery?
